My "newsed" Crow Creek Crow mag
« on: May 22, 2009, 05:40:00 PM »
Bought this little gem right here on our classifieds.  Been shooting it for 2 days now and have been tinkering with the brace height and nocking point.  I think I'm just about there.

49 @ 28" and 58"

This was at 20 yards.

Same shot except I zoomed out a little to try and get the whole bow in the shot.

I first heard newsed from my father as a young boy back in the early 70's.  Poor ol dad, everything he had was newsed and he couldn't have anything nice because us kids would tear it up according to him.

I remember using a newsed hand crank meat grinder for lots of years at home.  The year after I was gone dad bought an electric grinder and it wasn't newsed either.  Guess he felt it was finally safe to buy something new.
