trouble with cx nocks

I bought some carbon express heritage 250s and the nocks that came in them almost fall out. Is there a better fitting nock? I believe my next arrow purchase will be something American made like Arrow Dynamics. This is the second set of CX arrows that have been problematic.

I use the Gold Tip nocks in my CX's. They fit a little tighter, plus I like the way they fit on the string.

A wrap of Teflon tape around the nock shank will cure loose nock problems.

I hated the CX nocks but for different reasons. I went from the CX nocks to these, classic index with inserts, best thing I did in a long time! Its says to glue them in, I didn't have to at all, they fit tight enough with out having to glue them in.

So far I am finding those GT nocks to be pretty good although they take some force to get in. Those classic nocks with adapters give those shafts a more traditional look.

I prefer to use Easton 3D Super nocks in my carbons with push in type nocks. They have the largest and deepest throat of those types of nocks.I use them in my CX Heritage,Beman ICS and Carbonwoods.

I had the same problem with some 150's recently. A bit of tape or plastic bag helped... disappointing quality control though.

I just had the same problem with 250's. About half the nocks were tight the rest would fall out it you turned the arrow upside down. Looks like I will stick with the Beman MFX from now on. They are a little more per dozen, but, I have never had a single bad shaft!
