Morrison double carbon longbow limbs

Has anyone owned or shot any of Bobs newest double carbon longbow limbs like he can make for the ILF ?

I would be curious to hear what Bob has to say about the double carbons.  I have a single carbon limb on my bow.  Would have had double but the bowyer who made it said he had not found there to be much of a performance improvement in double versus single carbon.  Guess that could be affected by the design of the limb and the type of bow.

I think Bob told me a few weeks ago he gained alittle more performance in his testing using double carbon on the longbow limbs.I was also wondering how they felt has far as Draw smoothness, handshock if any, and noise and so on.

Update on the db carbon. Using carbon on the belly on my ILF I gained 3.9 fps. The only problem carbon does not like compression and they failed for me after a month. I'm working on a different layup to take care of this (I hope it works, I like the extra preformance) I have the 1st new layup on my bow right now, I have not chrono yet, but it does feel real good. I'll be making up a set with a longer draw to see if we can get it to fail. I may be the only one able to shoot them.

Sorry Dan, I'm staying home this year, just too much going on. I did some chrono test an hour ago.Dakota 54" ILF 45.5# @ 26" 409.5 grain. Average 180.23 fps.... Also recurve ILF 52" 45.5# 26" 409.5 gr. Average 184.76"... I don't feel this Db carbon setup is worth the effort.. I'll keep trying.

Tell us more about the carbon on the foam core recurve limbs, like what did you do different from before when it wasn't working well, what have you seen in increased performance, what does it do to the smoothness of the bow, and how have the new limbs done after being shot by people in the field for awhile.
