I've been shooting the mfx 500's for awhile.  I love them.  They are hard hitting, fast, forgiving, and the axis style is devastating.  They will penetrate deep and pass through with the right set up.  Good choice!
God Bless,
Erik

Hey guys I am making up some MFX 500's (older camo version) for a Turkey Creek doulble carbon longbow that i will be drawing to 27-27.5"(43@28" bow) so probably 40-41lbs  do you think 30" long with normal inserts plus a 175-195grn head with 3- 4" fletch might be a good place to start? I've got some 29" ones with 175 grn heads that are flying pretty well out of a similar weight bow.Any help would be appreciated. Paul
