Question on Magnus I bleeder blades

I'm getting ready to glue the inserts in them so I tried putting in the bleeder blade and it sure is a loose fit. Any suggestions from those who have used these before.

I use a couple drops of Super Glue; if you're using hot melt, you can use the excess
