show me your set-up for shooting rays and skates

ive got the oppertunity to go to the eastern shore and bow fish for rays and skates and would like all advice and tips on the bow fishing set-up i will need.

This rig was specifically for alligators but the detachable float is what you'll need. This is the Muzzy slotted Aims retriever system. Others accomplish the same thing with a foam filled Gatorade bottle.

WWButcher,
They actually don't taste too bad,
It has a hint of a crab taste.
My wife even likes them.

GatorR, a skate is another version
of a stingray.  They are shaped a little
different, and do not have the poisonous stinger.

and actually in alot of restaurants when you think your getting scallops....its ray.
