Elk Hunting in Utah
«

I was wondering if there were any Utah Elk hunters that would be willing to help me get started Elk hunting in Utah.
I just relocated to Box Elder County (Brigham City). I'm not asking to give away anything top secret just general areas. I have done some scouting in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest near Logan. This looks like it could be a decent area.
I normally hunt North Idaho but now that I live here I want to hunt here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Mark

On genral units in utah elk are tough to kill.Spike and cow units have best success.Anybull units have fewer elk but elk are killed every year and some good ones. There are alot of new spike units opening this year that have never been hunted.Which shouled take some pressure of traditional spike units.I would suggest to find a unit thats apealing and put some leg work in.If you have a unit or need any suggestions pm me and I will give it my best shoot.
