Tracy, don't get to excited and blow that hip out again. I've got a un-opened set of game bags You Guys are welcome to if You'd like them. Might come in handy if it's as warm as Ryan says. Let Me know if You want them.

Man, It does feels like deer season Scott  :help:

It's always turns off hot when I go elk hunting Ryan so I'm prepared. The last elk I killed it was 95 and had to work my butt off to get that elk down the mountain. But I'd do it again for you guys no problem  :archer:

Kevin you are on a roll today buddy  :biglaugh:    :biglaugh:

Thanks Brett, The hip is doing great it's the rest of this old body that hurts.

I’m trying to enjoy the weather…I’ve been running his summer when I get out of work (out at midnight, usually running around 2 am…nice and cool) but I’m afraid we're going to pay for it...like in 2007 when it was 88 degrees and humid the first weekend of deer season in October.  Then again it was a very hot summer that year.  I remember sitting in a treestand sweating buckets and all I had on was light camo pants and a camo t-shirt.  It was miserable to say the least!

We can keep this weather as far as I’m concerned…I know the farmers could use some warm weather to get things going…it has been a very cool dry summer, not always a good combo.

Glad to see that you are recovering so well Tracy.
Sure has been a strange summer...we were sitting around campfires at Mojam for the warmth this year.  :campfire:

I'm loving it!

Great weather, the promise of the hunting season to come, and daydreaming of hunting while trying to burn some calories on the treadmill.  I've killed a lot of spike elk and huge mule deer this summer as I'm running on the treadmill or heading down the trail.

The preparation for a hunt is almost as much fun as the event itself.

Keep after it guys.

It's been great.  It's nice to get to work and not already be wet with sweat.  And the bluegill fishing has stayed good as well.  If it would stay like this right through September, that would suit me fine.
