Easton arrow shafts

Is the Legacy and Gamegetter the only shafts made by Easton?  Used to be the GG's were a little less of a quality shaft than a XX75 or XX78.  The Legacy's look good with the cedar paint but with a gold plated price they ain't that pretty.  Guess you can tell I haven't bought arrows in awhile.  Was wanting to move up to 2018's to get a little more weight but may just hang with the 2016's.

Although I am a carbon shooter myself I recently made up several dozen arrows for a couple of shootin' buddies of mine. I tried to get some of the gamegetter II's but they have been discontinued.  I ended up getting the new Gamegetters from Easton and was very impressed.  A dozen shafts are like $35.00 with inserts and they are XX75 alloy. It is a great looking jet black shaft, similiar to the black X-7's.  Very eye catching.  I made up two dozen of the 500's which are the same as 2016's and one dozen of the 400's which are the same as a 2117.  I bought these from Lancaster Archery Supply.

I love the GG XX75'S I've been using them for years.

Two weeks ago, I picked up 18 brand new gamegetter II 2117 shafts on **** for $35.00 from a supplier called stikbow.  A good many of the **** stores have the gamegetter IIs at good prices.  My last dozen 2018s ($32.00 with inserts and nocks) came from Tom Redmonds store.  Also on ****.  I just find the phone number or web adress for the store on **** and then deal direct.
I've been shooting GG IIs for as long as I can remember.  I like them because they don't have the uni nock like the XX 75 camo hunter does now.  This allows me to use bohning classic nocks.
If you like Gold tip carbons,  Sipsey river Traditional archery has the blems for 39.95 and the premiuns for 44.95 a dozen.  Best price on gold tips I've found.  I don't shoot em but I figured I'd pass the info.
