No. But changing point weight does.

Unless the only effect of being too heavily spined is to hit high or low but in line with where you're aiming, no.  Increase the point weight and see if that helps.  Finally, if you're consistently the same amount right or left, you can move the arrow by changing your riser pad from soft to hard or vice-versa depending on which hand you shoot with and which way it's going wrong.

the arrow hit the same spot every time, it just looks ugly getting there( it fishtails really bad, up and down) when i raised the nock point, it seemed to shoot much straighter. i was wondering if adding more tip weight would have the same effect.

Adjusting tip weight would affect any side to side fishtailing. Sounds like you corrected the up and down already.
