whcih carbons for my new Rose Oak?
« on: March 31, 2007, 03:43:00 PM »
Well, my new Rose Oak King Panther should be here Monday or Tuesday, and now its time to start thinking about arrows for it.  Its 64", and 69# at my 31" draw.  I would like some carbons, leaning towards easton Axis. and would like to have most of the weight in the front.  If I have 300-350 grains in the front, should I go 300s or 340s?  Any suggestions, or other carbons I should look at?  I usually shoot around 9-10 gpi.

If ya have a 32" carbon which I am not sure thye are that long. I would go with the 300s but you will need most all of that 350 up front. You will still have to experiment some and may get away with the 340s with a tad less up front. Shawn

Shawn-
They do make them that long, I have had both Carbon express and bemans in the past, and full length they are that long and longer.  I am thinking a full length with 300 + should do the trick.
