Bow Maintenance
« on: August 28, 2009, 09:41:00 AM »
I'm fairly new to the traditional archery realm and am looking to definitely take care of my equipment.  I have a Bear Kodiak Hunter that I enjoy using immensely and wanted to know if there was something I could use to keep the bow in good condition.  I'm not sure if there is an oil or some other sort of protectant that I can use on the bow.  All help is appreciated thank you.

just keep it wiped down and if you want you can apply a good car wax to it. just buff it out good and she'll be good to go.

Nothing more than a good paste wax is needed.
