$5 to $8 each...sometimes more on Ebay...check completed auctions.

some of the older ones had 4 degree ferrule and were harder to mount if you did not realize it. they were usually of the wide construction...2" if i remember correctly...
vantx should be able to enlighten you on these as he still uses them.

I FOUND 7 OF THEM AT ANTIQE STORE FOR 5BUCKS EACH JUST DID'NT KWOW HOW MUCH THEY WHERE WORTH. THANKS JAMES STROOPE
