Check the GoodWill Stores.  I'm a Pro-Staff member and get most of my outerwear there 8^). I especially like half-price Fridays.  My last purchase was two wool sweaters for $6.59 total.
I know....I shouldn't throw money around like that, but sometimes you just like to have the best.
