« on: August 30, 2009, 02:06:00 PM »
Anybody here shootthis guys bows. They sure look nice and I really likr the fact that he offers a youth model. Been thinking about getting my girls into shooting trad and this looks like the way to go. How do his bows perform. I might be interested in one for myself...
Can't have to many good bows I guess

My 8 year old son has a Custom made Maddog Recurve, its Osage and Bocote. He LOVES it!

My boy shoots a midsize Maddog recurve. A terrific bow, great workmanship, reasonable pricing. Mike was very helpful when ordering also.

My boy loves to shoot the pup recurve Mike made for him..easy to shoot and flings an arrow pretty quick.  If your kids like to shoot bows, they'll like Mike's, that's for sure.

I have a mid-size longbow and recurve from Mike.  Love them!  My little Maddog longbow out performs one of my $500 bows that is #5 heavier.  Best bow for the money.  Mike is a good man.  Can't go wrong.

Kris, I have one of Mikes BBO bows and it is an excellent shooter. Mike is a great guy to deal with and can answer any question you might have on his work. Give him a call and let him know what you are thinking of and I'll bet you won't be disappointed. Good luck.

Thanks Guys.
Sounds like I need to get one ordered for Christmas before it's to late.
