I have a Southern Draw longbow that I enjoy shooting very much. I'm in need of a new string, and I'm not sure if this bow is FF friendly. It only has antler limb tip reinforcements; no micarta/phenolic/glass.

Does anyone know whether it is safe for FF?

Does anyone know how I can contact the bowyer, Jeff Carter?

Brett....I had a Southern Draw with antler tips and it came from Jeff with f/f string. Sent you a pm for Jeff's contact info.
