Hunting packs ?

I'm having a problem trying to figure out what kind of pack to buy! I only hunt dear around the house "as of now" so I don't need somthing big, plus I carry a leaning seat on my back! I want somthing quiet and I don't want to give a ton of money for it! I know you guy's are full of good info so help a feller out!! Thanks, Jason

Check out the Badlands packs. They have alot of different packs, for alot of different needs! Besides, You can't beat the warranty

I habe the Badlands Diablo and love it.  It may be a it bigger than what you want though.

Badlands packs are well built and lifetime warranty can't be beat. For whitetails I really like the Superday, and the Diablo is another good one.

It really depends on just exactly you want to carry as far as which one is best for you. I've sold everything from the Ultraday pack to the 2800 for people intending to use them for whitetails.

Eberlestock makes some great packs as well. Check out the X1 for your needs.

I know price is a concern but last year I got myself a DAY ONE back pack. It is entirely made of fleece and is extremely quiet. It  has lots of inside and outside pockets and I find it to be perfect for my whitetail and bear  hunts. One advantage it has that I really like is that I can turn it inside out so all the buckles and straps are contained inside and I can wash it along with my other hunting gear.

I also have the Horn Hunter.  Lots of neatly arrainged pockets and has proven to be durable over the last couple of years.  Maybe not quite as nice as the Badlands but I think its fairly close for the price difference.

I'm going to have to suck it up and buy a good one! I've been looking at the Bison gear packs but the website dont have all the pics of there packs! do you guy's use the hydration ststem's? like I said, I just dear hunt and not sure if I need the extra! Jason

Sorry but I have owned a couple badlands and they cannot compare to a Bison Gear!!  Check them out ya won't be sorry!

Grab a cheap pack from the local Army Navy store.  I use a shoulder bag or a camo daypack that I picked up for less that $20 each.

I use this one throughout the deer season. Good pack very versatile and holds enough stuff for and day out + its easy on thew wallet.

I bought a bison gear lost river, off of the classifieds last year and have been VERY pleased with it. Plus it is versatile enough to use out west if I decide to go.
