Buck Migration?
« on: September 06, 2009, 06:26:00 PM »
Last night my brother and I were checking our food plots. My ultra lush plot is suddenly being decimated by the deer. Not sure if there will be much left by Oct.1.  Less then 2 miles down the road we were treated to a group of at least 15 bucks in a field. Several were sparring with a lot of aggrssion. Some dandies decided to cut across the road behind our Jeep. One almost got smucked. This looks like the same group of bucks that was hanging out together in fields @ 3 miles South of where they were last night. This puts them only 1 1/2 miles from where we hunt. Probaly not much chance that they will continue "migrating" towards our hunting grounds but it sure was fun to see.
