I tryed the weight tubes and had problems with the nock tuning part.Always got a nock high.Got it worked out in one bow,but not the bow that i have now.My arrows weight 577gr.without tubes.I figure that`s close enough to 600gr.(which is where i would like to be.)And i have good arrow flight.

weight tubes and anything put into arrows can, and often does, effectively decrease the perceived spine of arrows. The CX package even says causes "minimal" spine changes.
