I recently got a leather field quiver that is made of very stiff leather. I've applied Neets Foot oil a couple times, but it's going to take a long time for the zippered pocket to soften up. Any advise on how I could speed up the softening process? Thanks

Manipulating the leather will help make it more limber.

Agree with Pat B-- also use a conditioner and don't over oil it

Montana Pitch Blend or Mink Oil.

Lexol, found in most Farm Stores in the saddle and tack area.
