A Beautiful Sunday in AK
« on: April 02, 2007, 02:56:00 AM »
I just wanted to share a very nice day of rabbit hunting in AK.  It started out pretty cold (5 degrees) but as soon as the sun poked over the mountains it was sunglasses and suntan lotion weather.  Hope everyone else had a good day...Mark

Mark, are you on cc skis? Looks like a great time. Hope I can get to AK at least once in my life.

What kind of head did you use to take that sucker?

Nice bunny! Your dog looks like he wants to take a bite of the camera. Justin

I was using a 125 gr. judo. They work very well and I try to hit them in the head, When they go through the body they tend to be fairly messy, but deadly.  This one actually ran off with the arrow in it and my friends Lab chased it down.

I didn't notice my friends dog "smiling", I think he had a mouth full of rabbit fur....BLAAAGH...doesn't taste like a duck.
