Thanks, Mr. Rod Jenkin!
« on: September 08, 2009, 09:02:00 PM »
Just wanted to publicly thank Mr. Jenkin for his product, Arrow master quiver and fantastic customer service.  A week or so back I had posted a comment on another thread  http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=077427;p=2  about the pro and con of the GFA and AM quivers.

One of my cons on the AM was I was having issues with withdrawing my 34 " (w/BH) arrows out of the opening and was still judging how effective it would be in the field. We'll later that evening I get a PM from Rod himself explaining the reason I was having difficulties was I probably had the short quiver cover and needed the long one.  I wrote back the measurements and he confirmed I had in fact the short one and needed the long one would I like to trade?

I asked how much for a new one and Where do I send the money?  He again responded back I can buy a new longer cover or just send him the short one and he would send me the longer one (I'm a little dense at times).  I wrote back again and explain I brought the quiver off of 3Rivers (they only have the short covers) and I didn't want to impose on his hospitality and good gesture, he would have none of it and instructed me on where to send the short cover and he would get me the right one off Pronto, and he did!

I said all that to say this,  you won't find a better company or person to do business with and the customer will be satisfied!

Oh and by the way I'm a Quality Inspector for the Gov't working on some of our nations best defense contracts and these quivers are of the highest quality and that a fact, thanks again Rod for a great product and outstanding customer service!
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.

Thanks Guys!

Jimmy, honestly we have been so overloaded with quivers, all the new products had to be put on hold...BUT things are looking up   :D  Got some new folks added to the lineup, so my production capacity went waay up...in fact got a new product that will be ready to be announced next week ! Then its back to the search for materials to build ghillies( and other stuff) that I'd put my name on.

One more with praise for Rod and the arrow master quiver! I just got a long cover this week for the same reasons. Couldn't be happier with the product and service!
Thanks!

Rod do you need a product tester? After the shooting clinic I know you could use me as the example: If Owlbait can do it, anybody can!
