I would say 5575 , tip weight I would try 175, and 200, also could take 225, depending how long you cut your arrow too.
I shoot a 50# psa at 29" my arrow cut too 291/2
I use a 200 grain tip bare shafts great , and broadheads fly true blue, I would bare shaft test with several weight tips, she will let you know what she likes , good luck have fun.

I have a 60" PSA V Ironwood thats 55# @ 29.5" and I shoot Goldtips 5575 with 175 gr points. I would think you may be better off with the 5575 if you plan on adding point weight. You probably know you can add weights to the back of the insert until you get the spine you need. I found it helps a lot on the penetration to front load some extra weight and their weight system makes it pretty easy to accomplish. Once I figured out how much I needed I just added a drop of super glue to the threads of the weights and screwed them in - never had one come loose or make any noise.

I had two BWs the same weight as yours. I shot Gold Tip 5575 29" with 200gr points and some with 100gr brass inserts with 145gr points. Both shot like lazers out of both bows.

I think you could use either depending on which heads you want to shoot.Under 150 grains I would go with a 3555 over 150 a 5575.Whatever you decide to shoot you need to tune by length.
