I bought some last year at Cabela's. I think there was enough for a couple of rests.

I just bought a pack at Cabela's in the bargain cave. I think it was the last for sale as you can no longer get the stuff due to some recent law change on seal skin distribution is what I heard from my local bow shop.

Just curious as to exactly what law changed?  Is it a CITES thing?
