Another story of the best kind of quality service in the archery community. I live in South Africa and it really is a great place. Theft an pilfering is a universal perrenial nuisance anywhere. I recently have been suffering the theft of mail items that may have value 'on the street'. Well, in october I renewed an subscription to one archery mag (PA). There was a lot going on at the time and I never received it so I assumed the deal didn't happen, even though I had called to confirm, got an instant response " you're done, it's ok." almost unreal it was so fast. Well a month or two later I didn't get an issue of the other archery mag (TBM) I subscribe to, sent an email and got an immeditate offer to replace it and to send further issues in a plain wrapper. Yesterday I got to thinking that it's been a while since the January issue of TBM and still no more so I thought I'd enquire about it and while I was at it I dropped a line to PA. Well within two hours of America opening for business I had a string of mails back and forth from both magazines confirming my correct address and offers to replace the missing magazines at no charge! I had asked if there were back issues that they could dock off my subscription so I wouldn't miss an issue and they just said no, they'd send them anyway! Robin and Sara you guys are the best! The archery community is amazing I have had nothing but first class, friendly service from every company I have dealt with over the net. We are blessed to be supported by companies such as yours.
Service in my land is patchy to say the least especially in the civil service. I am taking a full printout of this to the postal authorities.
The local trad archers I shoot with are the same as you all, friendly, full of jokes and helpful, seems like trad archery and archery in general is a wonderful world wide family!
Thanks again to two amazing magazines and their staff.
