After confirming that CM limbs are interchangable between all three models of the TD Hunters, I spent yesterday afternoon experimenting by swapping limbs between my risers. Here is what I found. No speed testing was done due to weather.
The limbs on the Hunter 56 are visually identical to those on my 58" Hunter I, but the 56 riser is shorter. I would guess that the riser lengths are on each model of the TD Hunters are standard irregardless of OAL and that the limbs dictate OAL.
Putting the set from a 53#@29 Hunter 56 on the 58" Hunter I riser, results in 58" OAL, 55#@29". Shot very well with elevated rest, 30" 2413, 3-4" vanes.
Putting a set of limbs from a 60" 51#@29 Hunter II on the Hunter 56 riser, results in OAL 58", 52#@29". Shot very well off the shelf with 30"
2213 3-4" feathers and 30" CX TH 4560, 3-4" feathers.
Putting limbs from 58" 60#@29" Hunter I on Hunter II riser, results in 58" OAL 57#@29". Shot very well with elevated rest, 30" 2413 3-4" vanes.
The Hunter 56 riser with OAL of 58" rather than 56" is a very sweet setup, much easier to shoot well...
