colorado elk success

wow, i just returned from colorado.WHAT A HUNT !!!!!! the wife and i just shot 2 6x6's ,my first one with a recurve.i shot mine @45 yds. and connie shot hers @12 feet.to say that she was excited is an understatement. ive been doing this "do it yourself" elk hunting for 19 years and this is my best year yet.special thanks to dave windauer who helped me get new limbs with 2 weeks notice before i left....shoot straight !
