Carbon Express XT 4 broadhead?
« on: October 05, 2009, 12:00:00 PM »
I may have an arrow setup that 100gr head works well.
Anyone try these yet? I saw some at the store and they look pretty good.
It's basically a 2 blade with a small bleeder up front.

The store by me had a 3 pack for I believe $19.95.
I'm also assuming that they're razor sharp from the pack. I may just buy a pack and try them.

I bought one pack and right now I'm putting them through the testing stage, so far they've passed the 1/2" plywood test at 20 yds. main blade is .058  bleeder blades are .045 I normally shoot 125's so I had to add a 20 grain to the back of the insert, other than that they fly good and look to be a good head. I'll kill a couple deer to see what kind of damage they do.
If you cut up your wife's french leather purse to make a tab, does that make you a redneck?
