I grew up in SW PA (near Uniontown) - PM me and I can suggest some areas.  I don't know the game lands you mentioned, but there is good bowhunting up around the Ohiopyle state park - lots of deer, turkeys and some bear around the campground, as well as on the other side of the river.  The big gamelands (54?) located along the Yough river between Ohiopyle and Dunbar has a lot of bear, deer, turkey and small game.  You should be able to download some maps from the PA DNR web site.  Lots of room to get away from the hunters, and lots of animals.
Genesis 27:3 "Take your bow and a quiver full of arrows out into the open country, and hunt some wild game for me."
