Where To Buy Phenolic
« on: October 10, 2009, 09:12:00 PM »
Looking for a piece of black phenolic to use for a recurve riser, (or possibly ebony, but really prefer phenolic.)

old master crafters , they dont have a web site. I have their price list and they list canvas and linen phonalic by the pound and by the strip. I have only bought some tip overlay material from them, they didnt ship my order fast like KennyM does so order weeks before you need it.

Les,

He probably has blocks too, I can't remember.  Did you check with him?

Good luck, I looked awhile back and called everyone that everybody has listed on this thread plus quite a few more and nobody would sell just a riser block size. It just so happened that a bowyer had a block he wasnt going to use and sold it to me.
