wood to carbon

i am thinking of trying some carbon arrows for the first time with my recurve i shoot a browning safari 2 45 pounds at 28 inches can anyone give let me know what a good arrow would be for this setup

If you draw 28",for a .400 spine,cut it to 30",250-300 on the front.
