I'm planning for an Alberta Moose hunt next year. My bow of choice looks to be my Rose Oak B Riser and 60lb Bear limbs.
2 questions, Am I using enough bow and what arrow would you suggest. I draw 26 inches.

You have enough bow. I would try to get an arrow that weighs in the ballpark of 600 grains, and use a sharp sturdy broadhead. Moose aren't that hard to bring down, if you hit it where you are supposed to.
