Well won this bow off **** and it finally arrived today.  Bow is in much better shape than what I thought it would be.  This has the hand painted stenciling done on it too and not the Martin decals etc.

How it shoots absolutely wonderful.  I put some of my footed shafts through it and holy moly, it is a good 5lbs lighter than my Fedora but just as quick.  At least point of aim is the same.  Pretty darn quiet too even without silencers.  Grip is great which for some reason I thought it might be like the older Hunters that had the big grips on them.  Anyways can't post a pic due to not belonging to any picture hosting site but for a basic 66" recurve it shoots like a dream.  keepem sharp

What's the weight? Any pics? Those old Howatts were super bows, congrats on your find.

This like I said is an older bow with the hand stenciled graphics.  I have a 15 strand b50 on it and it is truly a good shooting stick.  It is 66" and 60 at 28".  Long riser and short limbs are a good combo.  Handle is sculptured really nice like my original hunter.  Not fat if you know what I mean.  keepem sharp
