I am going to buy a ghillie suit. I have decided on a long jacket no pants and pack it into my stand then put it on. Rancho safari is almost $200 is it worth it? any recommendations on other brands, color patterns, etc for an Ohio ground hunter?

Colemans military surplus has them for $100. and you make your own color scheme.

I bought the short jacket for $59? and it hangs to my knees. Don't think long jacket is necessary if on stand or sitting. Just my opinion.

+1 with what talondale said the bow hunter poncho is great and you dont have to deal with jute in the arms that will get caught on everything. the pants will not do a lot other than get snagged on everything you walk by. i own pants too and have not used then in years.

Just get the jacket and hat. It'll cover more than you think.
