Yes, Mike built one for me spring of 2008.  41# 64", beautiful bow and a real shooter. I shoot 3-D and stumping with it. My favorite selfbow.  Bill G.

when you buy a glass backed bow ya buy the formula the a bowyer has made 100's of times.  when ya buy a self bow ya buy the experience of a bowyer from selecting the right stave, understanding what that stave has to offer, and getting the most out of a particle stave.  Each selfbow is a different bow.  Mike and Jason at Dryad Bows can build a selfbow. Mike can tiller osage   :)  .

Hey guys thanks for the kind words!!

The Kiowa is my baby.  Other then getting the back down, I do all the work on them myself.  Too me working a selfbow is therapy.  It lets me get in touch with why I started doing this bowyer stuff in the first place.

That's why we only build them on custom orders and build about 12 a year.

Got two finishing up now for a customer in Norway.
