Hello everyone I am new to traditional shooting. I have shot a coumpound for years, and I was given a wood recurve bow it a hoyt pro hunter. I have put a new string on it, and I was wondering if anybody could tell me were the brace height should be set at. Also if theres anybody who may shoot around me who could show me the ropes I live in Trenton Tx

8 to 8.5 inches will get you started.

BTW, That Hoyt is a GREAT bow!
