Well guys I glued the crack and its a lot smaller. Where it goes through the handle you can barely see it now same thing with the shelf.

I've never fixed a crack quite like that one, but in additional to the superglue, I think I'd drill a hole lengthwise through the riser, put some Smooth On in it, and also insert a screw and countersink the head.  Anyway, that's my two cents.  I'd be worried about not being able to get enough glue into that crack. pc

Super glue it and hunt the rest of the season, then send it to Jack Kempf or to Joe Lasch at Prairie Traditions (he is the new Bow Hospital man having taken over from Jim Blecher). Good Hunting!
