She's holding up pretty well if I keep the pressure below 60#
but she starts complaining (slight pop) at that pressure,
so I'm holding around 51#, which at this stage is at 24";
so I need to gain about 2", which means I need to lose about 5 or 6#. So while I was taking a; uh, I mean, while I was in some deep thought, I had an idea to strengthen the cracked riser/fade/ arrow strike-plate area. I had thought to drill a well in that area about 1/8" diameter and about 7/8" deep and fill it with a mixture of shavings & Titebond III; but my new idea was to fill it with a toothpick/shaving/Titebond mix to give it MORE strength in the linear direction of the most stress. Will that work better??
