Phil, He's come with me several times, but he's never shot himself.  

Hoping he can get a little stronger by the spring, cause it's time for him to start shootin!

Great.  Zac loves bowfishing.  I think it is the much needed “missing link” between 2-3 year olds catching sun fish to hunting deer and big game.
We had Zac poking at stingrays and carp when he was 7-8.  I made a really needle-like fish point with one small barb so he could penetrate fish even with a little kids bow.  Good luck!
