limb core

i just recieved my new 3 pc takedown but had a concern about the limb core.. My first takedown  made from the same guy is a double bamboo limb core but my new bow is just a single..  is there any dis advantages to only one core limb over 2 pc limb core

Just me but I would rather have more boo than a extra glue line from two lams.
