I have bear kodiak magnum which is 52 in and my feathers touch shelf when just being on the string and i was wondering what the correct brace height should be. Please help.

I have a K Mag too, and use 8" brace height.
I find I have to check it often as it really changes things if it gets off the least bit, so I marked some arrows with a sharpie for a quick check if I am away from my bow square, like out in the woods maybe?
I have to do this several times when I make up a new string, of course, as it stretches quite a bit.
