Anybody from the Northfield, MN area willing to help a newbee out? I have a friend that has been asking about bow hunting, and once I get my other bow, I am going to send him my starter long bow and some arrows. It will be after the new year before I am able to send it to him, just want to see if anybody is that area that could help him get started.
Thanks,
Chester

He is somewhat close to the Footed Shaft Archery shop(Rochester, MN). I'm sure they could help him out. About an hour from Northfeild.

Traditional Bowhunter of Minnesota website along with South Forty Archers and Rochester has a club. I'm 50 miles away but do go to Lamont's store a few times a year. No range or anything just supplies and Lamont vast knowledge of traditional archery. Have him use that first website and we will get him "hooked up" with someone. There are a few get togethers the guys do (has not worked with my calendar yet but soon).
