Which shaft that you choose will depend on how much longer than your draw length you want the arrow to be as well as the tip weight. As others have said, I can't imagine that 2016, even if cut to 29.5", will be stiff enough for you. 2216 might be a good starting point for you. If you consider carbon arrows, I think 400 or 340 spine ought to be a good starting point for you with the easton or beeman arrows. 2" longer than your draw length seems a little excessive. I can't see too much reason to go much more than an inch above your draw length, and many go with less than that.
