Chris, Excellent job.  Will that work with new heads that have not had the relief ground yet?  I tried to grind the relief as per your picture tutorial, but managed to mess them up.  Guess my hands aren't as steady as others with the grinder wheel!  Mark

Yeah, but it takes a LOT of grinding.  From what I hear, the new Simmons heads are going to come with a better grind angle.
