Winter Turkey tactics

In the past i've tried some off the wall winter turkey tactics such as a Full Stut decoy in the middle of December.  The results have been quite interesting to say the least.  I've had groups of jakes and hens come running and try strutting.  I even shot a hen one year that even fluffed into a half strut.  Has anyone else tried this or anything else out of the ordinary and had good results?
