Kodiak Hunter question

I have a chance to trade for a nice Kodiak Hunter. It seems to be in decent shape and I was wondering what one would be worth. I think it was made around 1972 or so.

I have been watching the Hunters on **** and they seem to be going between $100 and $200.
I have a Magnum that's really too short and too heavy for comfort. I've been watching because I want a Hunter to match. Matbe a 40 pounder.
