better archer than hunter
« on: December 19, 2009, 07:20:00 PM »
i shoot pretty wellall jokes aside.i don't hunt nearly as well as i shoot ! some guys go out and sneak up on animals but i generally use the stumble foot method of knoking along till something blunders into shooting range !
mabey the animals are just smarter around where i hunt but most of the time they hear me coming smell me coming and see me coming! if i could hunt like my cat i wouldn't have to practice so much !
have fun yall----- enjoy the hunt love the archery!  :bigsmyl:
a hippie taught me to hunt
i left 1971 way back in 1971

What's Surpentine, is that like Turpentine with syrup in it?   Now I would understand, Serpentine 8^).

I consider myself a better archer than bowhunter as well.  I have taken a good share of animals, but I'm much better at stumps, leaves and inanimate objects.
