Outfitter suggestions for a trad only Elk hunt
« on: December 20, 2009, 04:51:00 PM »
Looking to book an Elk hunt in the fall of 2010 or 2011 depending on the timeline needed to set it up. Looking for anyone who has experienced this type of hunt and what direction I should start, thanks in advance.

I have been a couple times, barhoutfitters.com   Mark horns brother, they did a great job on my drop camp. I hunted last year in New Mexico on a do it yourself hunt with a landowner tag. I am planning on going somewhere in 2010.

I am open to as what state I end up hunting, never been before. As far as how many--It is currently myself! I would welcome other Tradgangers for sure.

PM sent Jeff, thanks to those who have replied  :)

If you want a lot of options check out
www.huntinfool.com  they have outfitters in every western state and if you are by yourself you might be able to pick up a cancellation for a deal.
