Looking for 5deer--Kelly Docktor

Does anybody know or know how to get ahold of 5deer--Kelly Docktor of Battle Ground, WA?

He won the copy of Mike Mitten's book "One With the Wilderness" that I was buying for the winner of my Christmas gift giveaway...I've PM'd him and e-mailed him thru the site and have not got any answer yet.  I'd like to get him his book before Christmas if possible.
