Badlands Packs
« on: December 28, 2009, 01:35:00 PM »
I just called to return my fanny pack to get a new waist strap buckle. After being cranked around a thousand trees it finally gave way. They actually said I did not not need to return it and they would just send me one for free.

But while on hold they have the funniest stuff as hold music. It was something like positive affirmation and it says stuff like you are a great hunter, deer and other animals are drawn to you, you have big biceps. OMG, I was rolling, it was hilarious!

Great job Badlands! Your packs and service are great and your hold music rules! First time I ever wanted to stay on hold.

Badlands warranty is the best you could ask for. You break it they fix or replace it. No matter how, no matter when.

I have a fanny-nano and a Super day pack love both of them , great quaity . Glad to hear about the customer service. I will not accept bad customer service. The reason we get bad customer service at places of business is we allow it.

My buddy has a Badlands.  Best pack I've seen.  Can take everything you need to hunt for three days in it, then pack out a quarter of an elk.  I've seen him do it   :D

I don't think I have tried it specifically on a Badlands zipper, but I have used just a plain old bar of hand soap as a zipper lube with good success.
